HR Consulting Fee:

  • We customise all our prices according to our Clients’ needs as the magnitude of the H.R. projects vary from Client to Client. To reiterate, each estimate we formulate is tailored to the needs of our clients and can differ significantly from client to client.

Recruitment Fee Structure:

Permanent Placement Fee (% of annual total cost to company package):

  •  16 % for entry level to management positions

  • 18 % placement fees from senior specialist positions to executive level positions

Temporary Placement Fee:

  • Compliance to the Basic Conditions of Employment +plus negotiable mark for recruitment Fees
